• Abstract Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: April 30, 2025
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: July 15, 2025
• Camera-Ready Paper Submission: August 1, 2025

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract Submission: Authors are invited to submit an abstract of up to 300 words via email by March 31, 2025.
• Full Paper Requirements: Accepted authors will be required to submit a full paper (6-10 pages) by July 15, 2025.
• Formatting and Templates: Detailed submission guidelines and templates for formatting will be provided on the conference website.

Each submission will be peer-reviewed, and selected papers will be published in the CASE 25 conference proceedings. We also anticipate offering opportunities for selected high-quality papers to be featured in partner journals.
